Porcelain
Porcelain is an elegant yet hard material which offers great resistance toward scratches and heat. This ensures a high food safety and beautiful servings. On top of that, porcelain is easy to clean and oven-proof.
Cleaning and maintenance
Use hot water and a mild dish soap. The porcelain is also dishwasher-safe.
Note
Cool down the porcelain slowly after having used it in the oven. Porcelain might crack if you put it directly under cold water or in the refrigerator when still heated from the oven. The porcelain should not go into the freezer.
