Afroart collaborates with artists and craftsmen to develop home décor items, textiles, stationery and unique folk artworks. The majority of the profit is returned to the producers and their communities.

The production is made in a pottery workshop outside Kathmandu in Nepal. The workshop is run by three brothers, all of whom have been trained by their father. They mostly work with stoneware clay and throw all objects by hand.
